a dozen red roses

disclaimer, please read

thank you for all of the comments about *jael and i

*i use that name to protect his privacy, because there are some unexpected guests that come around here :)

i'm so happy. if i died today, knowing i had him, i would be fine. if we broke up today, knowing i had him, i would be fine.

he says he doesn't want to let go of me ever. and i'm scared to tell him i love him, because i really think he might be the one.

since i couldn't get to a computer the whole weekend, i have mucho updates...

friday night:

jae and i threw a party for my best friend nichole, for her birthday and because she is leaving for the military in september. i baked four different desserts including lemon bars, struesel muffins, peanut butter cookies, and cream cheese brownies. whitney brought the kool-aid that we drank out of the cooler until jae drove back to town (and it's not a close drive) to buy cups. whit also bought a cake which kinda melted by the time nichole arrived :) it was funny.

stacey and nate arrived, which was great considering it was the first time stacey and nichole would reconcile since our junior year...almost two years ago.

aly also came and added her great sence of humor and personality.

after a while, stacey, nate and aly left. it was just nichole and her boyfriend, sean, jae, whit and i.

we all walked down to the dock together where whitney decided she wanted to leave.

sean and nichole stayed on the dock while jae and i jumped in the water.

i decided to swim to the booey and back (i don't even know if that's how it's spelt).

i'm not a great swimmer, so it was pretty embarrassing coming back. both nichole, sean, and jae were starring at me in fear. i'm not even joking. it was kinda sad, i made it though and everything was fine.

nichole and sean left shortly after, nichole hugging me for planning out her party (i just hope she liked it well enough) and jae and i held each other watching the sunburst of mountain west horizon.

a few hours later as jae and i were driving along overland towards the direction of his house, we saw a black laborador walking along with road with a hush puppy doggy (he said it was a beagle, but i don't think those dogs are beagles).

it was so cute. we turned the car around to try to track them down.

we drove around for while until we spotted the beagle being put in two drunk people's car.

we found the black dog running around frantically trying to find his friend. he found his friend in the car and was jumping all over it-perhaps to help his friend escape. it was so sad.

we tried to get the black dog to come towards us, but he kept running away.

we waited for a long time. i don't know exactly how long it was. maybe twenty minutes? the dog stayed near the car his friend was entrapped in and jae and i stayed in the grassy area across from it.

the dog eventually came strait over to us (he meekly came right up to me with his nose a couple centimeters from mine).

we pet it and it was happy and we were happy, yay!

saturday:

mother daughter day. once i came over to her house (around seven in the morning) i fell asleep until one. after hours of nothing-seriously, i don't know what i did...oh yeah, i went swimming and swam underwater for the first time-yessss (napoleon dynamite style) victory for me.

later that night we went to see the longest yard with my brother, his wife, and her family.

then i took my lithium pill for the first time, accidently taking too much and clonked out immediatly around midnight.

sunday:

very sedated from the lithium. attended church. afterwards, i fell back asleep til three on my mom's couch, when jae called me and told me he was near my house. i quickly got dressed, and drove back home.

we went swimming together where i showed him how i learned how to swim underwater. i still need a lot of practice though.

we then went to a mexican restaurant and had the best time in the whole entire world, talking smiling laughing.

he drove me home afterwards so i could shower. i met him back at his house. he had a dozen of the most gorgeous roses waiting for me. (a dozen! and they are red too!)

"where i laid and told you, but you swore you love me more"

i'm in bliss.
